This place is fantastic. Not only does it have everything you need to get your life on track... it also has the people to help you do it. I recommend Dirk (the owner) as much as I do the gym because their expertise, efficiency and pure dedication to a better fitter world is unrivalled in the industry. I am not quite sure what you are doing sitting here and reading this review.... just get up there and get fit!!
