Friendly Family Pub

Although I came in only for a coffee and use of the Wi Fi I was most impressed with this out of town pub, which does some great food at a price that suits my small pocket. The smoking area was just about to have a TV fitted in preparation for the 6 Nations Rugby as well as coverage of the Cornish Pirates. A local pub that caters for the whole community!

    “Fantastic pub food and a warm welcome!”

       

    What a lovely end to our holiday in Newquay! We visited The Tavern after reading great reviews and we weren't to be disappointed! This is a traditional pub, where dogs and small children are very welcome and odd menu requests were not frowned at! All the food was cooked fresh, so expect a slightly longer wait, but it was well worth waiting for. Our steaks and fish were wonderful!
