The Ladies, who have won the tournament for the last two seasons, were 5-0 winners thanks to goals from Danni Barr, Kayle Lane, Danni Salts and Courtney Ward (full match report, Page 97).
They are through to the last four with Truro City Ladies, Launceston Ladies and either Charlestown Ladies or Dobwalls Ladies, who play this Sunday after their game was rained off at the weekend.
The semi-final draw was apparently made on Monday evening but Cornwall FA said details would not be released until team sheets from the weekend had been checked.
Newquay beat Roche 5-1 in last season's county final to lift the coveted trophy, and they beat Saltash 3-2 to win the 2009 final.
